The island with an area of 19 hectares is located 1.5 nautical miles from the coast Kartini, Jepara. The island is a gently sloping coastal islands and white sand. The middle of this island there is a tropical forest with towering trees interspersed with shrubs and bushes as well as a place of breeding seabirds. Flora on the island is dominated by the kapok tree, Tamarind, dadap, and pine.Visitors can surround the island by walking down the beach or along the roads (paving blocks) while enjoying the scenery on either side. In addition, white sandy beach and shallow sea with coral reefs is also a scene that was quite interesting, especially for those who like fishing and sea bathing.
Long Island also has the tomb of Islam leader (a teacher), Sheikh Abu Bakr's name. There is also a lighthouse that still serves to guide the ships that sailed the Java Sea.
